Ingredients to make Pizza crust:

       Yeast (2 and 1/4 teaspoons)

       Water(1 and 1/3 cups)

       Flour

       Oil (30ml)

       Salt (¾ teaspoon)

       Pinch Sugar

       Cornmeal



Procedure to make Pizza Crust:

     Keep the flame high to warm water and then pour sugar and yeast in it.

       Keep it aside to let it swell for sometime.

       Take out a bowl and add wheat flour, cornmeal, and all-purpose flour into it. Pour the yeast water, salt and knead it properly for 5-8 minutes. Then slowly add some oil and knead it again until it becomes soft.

       Keep it aside for 10 minutes until it expands to double. Then wrap it up with a thin plastic sheet and keep it aside for 2 hours. Punch down the risen dough to release air bubbles. Divide it into 2 halves.

       Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle. Cover and rest as you prep the pizza toppings.

       Use a fork and make a mark on the roll out dough.

       Spread grated mozzarella cheese on the top of the pizza crust.

       Add the toppings along with the mozzarella cheese.

       Preheat the oven for some time and put the pizza to bake in the oven for over 10 minutes.
